All our packages have the ability to be changed and customized to your particular needs.

Sliver Package:
Price: $750 - $1,750 (travel fees may apply)
Start time: 4 - 6 weeks prior to your wedding day
This package is ideal for the couple who has done all the work of getting vendors, signing contracts, and prepared most everything else. Now you want to sit back and relax on your wedding day, knowing someone other than your dear family will take care of all the details on your wedding day.
Wild Orkid Weddings will assist you with the ceremony rehearsal and handle all of the wedding day details per your specifications. We will assist you in coordinating all of the specifics for your wedding rehearsal and wedding day. From wedding ceremony etiquette to troubleshooting any problems which may arise, we are available to make your day magical and a dream come true.
Our professional wedding consultant team will provide many services, including but not limited "day of" coordination, etiquette guidance, supervising vendors and ensuring you have a stress free day.

Prior to your wedding (Silver Pacakge):
- Consultation with bride and groom to determine vision and expectations
- Up to two additional in person or vendor appointment meetings
- Unlimited email, phone and fax communication
- Confirm wedding day vendors
- Distribute your final payment to vendors at the end of their contract
- Follow-up with vendors on any changes of wedding plans and details
- Prepare a timeline of events for the ceremony and reception
- Make suggestions of wedding day itinerary for the couple, wedding party, family, and vendors
- Review and coordinate rehearsal and ceremony

Day of Wedding (Silver Pacakge):
- Up to two consultants on the day of to help with wedding day activities
- Bride's assistant provided to be with bride prior to ceremony
- Distribute payments to vendors
- Organize and set up any photos, place cards, bridal portrait, toasting glasses, cake service, guest book, and pen at ceremony and/or reception.
- Set up/arrange wedding flowers
- Bustle wedding gown
- Attend rehearsal
- Oversee venue set up, ensuring the vision of bride and groom is met
- Manage the timeline through out the wedding with flexibility
- Coordinate all reception activities
- Provide bridal kit for any wedding day emergencies
- Troubleshoot through out the day
- Transfer gifts and other keepsakes after the reception to predetermined location
Gold Package
Price: $2,000 - $4,500 (travel fees may apply)
Start time: 4 - 6 months prior to your wedding
Our Gold Package is for the bride and groom who want all the details handled, yet they want to be involved. (This is our most popular package) This package allows for a stress-free environment to create the wedding of your dreams where no detail will be overlooked. You & I will partner together in planning all your wedding day needs to the very last detail.
This package includes all the details of the "Silver" package, as well as access to me from today. We will work together until every last detail is to your satisfaction, assist, plan and attend some vendors meetings, coordinate and direct your wedding. Together we will make sure your wedding day is a dream come true.

Prior to your wedding(Gold Package):
In addition to Silver Package Items:
- Planning sessions as needed
- Provide etiquette guidance when requested
- Vendor referrals
- Attend vendors meeting with the couple
- Assist with the selection rentals with exclusive access Wild Orkid Weddings
- Create and maintain monthly task list
- Pre-screen all wedding vendors
- Wedding budget management
- Create room and ceremony layouts
- Arrange accommodations for out-of-town guests including hotel blocks at up to two hotels
- Assist with compilation of party favors for guests and arrange them as requested.
- Assist with compilation of guest gift bags or baskets.
- Deliver welcome baskets for out-of-town guests to hotels on wedding day.
- Assist with booking transportation needs

Day of Wedding Gold Package:
- At least two consultants on the day of to assist with wedding day activities
- Coordinate with wedding day vendors and assist, if needed
- Decorating the ceremony and reception sites within limitations described below (decor items supplied by client, or may be rented from Wild Orkid Weddings)
- Deliver drinks, food, and snack trays to bridal party prior to event (cost of items to be incurred by client)
- Attend final seamstress appointment to discuss bustling needs of bride with seamstress
- Transport needed items from ceremony to reception (up to three floral arrangements)
- Distribute tossing items and line up guests (after ceremony)

Platinum Package:
Price: $6,000 - $9,500 (travel fees may apply)

Our White Queen Package is the deluxe package. This is for our couples who want us to handle it all. From favors to place cards, menu selection to entertainment, all you have to do is sign the contracts and we deal with all the vendors and take care of every last need. All you have to do is show up to the tasting, the trial run of the flowers and other such fun activities. This is perfect if you want to have us with you every single step of the way.
In addition to all the services provided in the Lady Slipper package, you will also have a array of personalized services that will both get you ready for your wedding as well as pamper you.

Prior to your wedding Platinum Package:
In addition to Gold Package Items:
- Create and maintain vendor payment schedule
- Provide reminders of all payments sent to couple for amounts due monthly to their vendors
- Keep and manage an updated list of all guests attending based on reponses
- Assist with selections of the invitations, place cards, napkins, favors, and thank-you notes
- Deliver the engagement and wedding announcements to the newspaper companies of couple's choice (actual announcement costs to be paid by client)
- Assist with obtaining the marriage license, if desired
- Arrange accommodations for your out-of-town guests including hotel blocks and flight assistance
- Concierge services for out-of-town guests arriving early for event including planning of fun events in the city
- Assist with transportation details from and to airport; details on the out-of-town guests arrival times and the printout for bridal couple and family
- Assist with stuffing and mailing of invitations (addressing of envelopes at an additional cost, plus postage)
- Assist with the rehearsal dinner menu, ceremony menu, and reception menu details
- Assist in the honeymoon planning
- Consultation with bride to determine vision and expectations for Bachelorette Party
- Plan, set and attend vendors meeting with the couple for Bachelorette Party
- Prepare a timeline of events for Bachelorette Party
- Review and coordinate Bachelorette party (attend if requested)
- Consultation with groom to determine dreams and expectations for Bachelor Party
- Plan, set and attend vendors meeting with the couple for Bachelor Party

Day of Wedding Platinum Package:
- Distribute (and pin) wedding flowers
- Prepare cake and meal for couple to take from reception, if desired
- Attend reception's end and ensure clean up is completed by all vendors
- Return tuxedos
- Return small florist and rental items (weight limits apply)
- Deliver wedding gown to cleaners or other desired location
- Deliver wedding bouquet to preservation company.
*Weight limits over 30 lbs will demand additional staff.
**Additional staff will be added at $55 for 2 hours per staff member.
Each additional hour will be billed at $25/hour for each member of the staff.
